Port Washington, Wisconsin has too many pigeons

Pigeon problems are all too common in Port Washington, Wisconsin:

We have a pigeon or pigeons in our attic and another issue with a nest in the eaves outside in front. I have not been up in the attic but when we had a couple of workers up there they said that they saw bird excrement, and a dead, mummified barn owl. I am just looking for a rough cost of what it would take to eradicate them and do a quick clean up (if needed) in the attic. Mike B.

My husband and I just bought a house in Oakley CA, the previous owners had a pigeon coop in the back yard and they released them into the wild once they moved out, the pigeons are hanging around the house. They poo all over our front door over hang and onto the front porch and walk way, and on my kitchen window ledge. Whenever we go outside they fly to the neighbors house and watch us. Their coop is still in the backyard and we haven't torn it down and bird proofed our house yet because we are worried that they will just move to the neighbors houses and we will have pissed off neighbors. Can you catch them and re-train them to a new home? and bird proof our house? There are three pigeons. Bettina L.

I have pigeons in my horse barn that keep multiplying and they are very nasty birds and are ruining everything in my barn. I am looking for a way to remove them. Kim S.

We solve many types of wildlife control conflicts in Port Washington and surrounding areas. Give us a call if you need expert animal removal and/or live wildlife trapping. We can also perform an inspection of your property to evaluate the problem.

Many of the projects we solve involve raccoon families in attics and chimneys, mud swallow nests on stucco, woodpeckers drilling siding, voles and gophers destroying lawns, rats or squirrels thumping and bumping around inside walls and in attics, bat infestations, skunks stealing pet food and snakes living in crawlspaces and stone walls.

Along with physical damage and disease, wild animals also bring along disturbance and nuisance with all their noise and commotion and smell. Baby raccoons chirp and chitter like little birds; raccoons and rats will fight all night and keep people awake; skunk smell takes the cake, but have you ever smelled a dead animal in your ventilation system? We have seen much, much more than these problems, but that is a general idea of the kinds of problems that my professional wildlife removal operators and I are prepared to solve.

Not only do my technicians and I trap and remove problem wild animals, we do a lot of other dirty work, too. Don't hesitate to call us for dead animal removal, pigeon waste cleanup, bat guano removal, mouse droppings, decontamination, repairs, above ground and below ground rodent slick fencing, odor control for skunk spray, and the like. We are a full service pest control company with a wide range of animal control solutions.

I have been in the professional wildlife control business for many years. My favorite stories and experiences are removing bats from schools and churches.

Port Washington Wild Animal Control News, Stories, Events and Alerts

Port Washington, Wisconsin is full of bats and their problems

Port Washington, Wisconsin needs help with Bat Removal:

We believe there are bats in the attic of our new home. My husband has heard bat calls while in the bathroom under the attic, and we have seen them fly up to the roof eaves. The previous owners had called someone to rid the attic of bats, but we don't think it was entirely effective. Alison R.

My husband and I just bought a beautiful old house, that has been unfortunately neglected in certain ways... One of those ways, we discovered tonight, is that we have a bat farm in our chimney... There are inches of droppings underneath our gas fireplace area, which used to be a wood-burning fireplace, there are also some dead bats, along with an orchestra of chirping live bats that we hear at night when we are in our living room. We are in need of expert removal and repair of our chimney! Donna B.

For several years I have found 2-4 bats in my home per year. I am able to easily trap and release the bats, but have been unsuccessful in locating their point(s) of entry. My husband and I have sat outside on various evenings to attempt to view them emerging from our home, to no avail. We have never seen them leave. I would like to enlist your services to assist in locating and sealing off possible entry points for these creatures. Dean H.
